High View is conceived as a calm and refined waterfront residence, where architecture and interior design gently frame the surrounding landscape. The expansive sea view becomes the main design driver, shaping both the spatial composition and the material palette. Warm brown and earthy tones, inspired by the clarity of the horizon, are carefully balanced with the deep blue of the water, creating a subtle contrast that enhances depth, elegance, and a natural connection to the context.

Natural materials, soft textures, and muted finishes define the atmosphere, enhancing comfort while preserving a contemporary, minimal aesthetic. Light is treated as an architectural element, reinforcing the dialogue between interior and exterior.
